- It's a hybrid wrap so it's a cross between a stretchy wrap and a woven wrap
- You can back carry in this wrap because of the width. Most are only 55cm and not safe for back wearing where as JPMBB is 70 cm like a woven and much denser.
- You can wear baby up to 30'ish or more pounds. With other wraps that are marketed as stretchy wraps, their weight limits are usually around 15pds. JPMBB will last you much longer.
Because of the unique material that makes JPMBB, your wrap will never have a sagging affect like the other stretchy wraps on the market.
2 - You can pop Baby in and out the wrap without untying the knot. With a newborn, it's a lot of help because you change the diapers many times a day.
3 - From the main knot, you can place baby in various positions without untying the knot: front, hip, back regarding baby's age and needs.
4 - JPMBB knitting is exclusive. JPMBB can't be compared to other "stretchy" wraps and offer contort plus support in a unique babywearing experience.
5 - You're never alone thank to tutorial videos, workshops, FAQ, forum, Facebook group, booklet.
All Je Porte Mon Bébé babywearing products meet the safety requirements. Lab tests are conducted in France according to the specifications of the European Standard for Baby Carriers NF EN 13209-2. (shrinkage, perspiration colorfastness, flammability, wear and tear, mechanical resistance, marking, packaging, absence or limited presence of heavy metals, formaldehyde, azoic dyes…)
After these mandatory lab tests, they conduct additional tests to meet their quality requirements. These additional controls are meant to check the resistance of fabric and dye to regular washes, UV resistance, composition, stretching (overstretch), density, fuzziness, resistance of the dye to frequent rubbing, to saliva, pH.
All dyes and fabric treatments comply with the Oeko-tex 100 standards.
JPMBB products and the carries shown in our videos are in constant research and evolution with the collaboration of specialists of newborn psychomotricity and postpartum physiology. This goes way beyond the NF EN 13209-2 European standard requirements, which disregards Baby’s physiology or his developmental stages.
JPMBB's first and foremost objective is to promote babywearing and holding in the respect of Baby’s psychomotor development.
