Please email us first stating your order and reason for return.
All products must be in original packaging, no sign of use/wearing or damage to packaging(such as your little one tearing, spilling or drawing on it is non refundable) Items sent back in unsellable condition will be sent back at customers expense.
Everything Mom and Baby offers a 7 day period for refunds (minus the original shipping charge) on unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging from the day you receive your order as confirmed by Canada Post tracking. After 7 days and no later than after your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit. After 7 days, all sales are final. Sale and clearance items are final sale.
Ensure your method of shipping back your returned item is insured and trackable as Everything Mom and Baby will not be held responsible for item(s) are lost in the mail.
There are no returns or exchanges on personal care items such as skin care, cloth diapers and sale items.
What if there is a defect?
In the unlikely event your product has a defect, this will generally be handled directly by the manufacturer. Most manufacturers are more than happy to replace snaps and perform repairs on their products. If you require assistance with handling a defect in your order, please contact us for further instructions. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to the manufacturer.
